Master Teresa and Grandmaster Wu

Our mission
"Helping ourselves and extending to help others through Qi Gong"

At our Institute
Master Yeung, Grandmaster's Wu's successor, is the lead instructor and healer at Wu & Yeung™ Qi Gong Wellness Institute. The Institute primarily focuses on the teachings of Grandmaster Wu, his theories, beliefs, philosophies and his Wu's Hunyuan Gong styles. Wu's Hunyuan Gong consists of 25 clinically proven successful Qi Gong (also referred as qigong or chi kung) Styles amalgamated the essences of hundreds of Qi Gong Styles the Grandmaster learned in over 65 years of practices, clinical research studies and from many deceased famous masters of different modalities.

The Grandmaster said, "Practicing Qi Gong is most economical. Your investment can very well be just one lesson. You learn how to bring the Universal Qi down and start moving your Qi. Then it does not cost you anymore money from then on. All you have to do is practice and you will start moving in your own healing journey. You can say that Qi Gong is the most economical means of healing. It is the bright alternative lamp. The world has a great need for Qi now. We need more people to spread the Qi teachings out."

Master Yeung emphasizes correct hand posture, alignment and correct breathing to increase your Qi and make it much more powerful. Reasons behind all Qi movement are explained with detail, so students understand what they are practicing. A lot of easy to apply, self-healing methods are also openly taught. We believe in sharing the truth and secrets of natural healing. When one understands, one will progress much faster and will also practice more faithfully. Our teachings have no religious background and are open to all cultures and people.

Learning Qi Gong
These programs are appropriate and beneficial for beginners, as well as professional health care practitioners. They are especially for those interested in playing an active role in achieving and maintaining their own personal wellness, as well as the wellness of their clients. The Institutes has designed private and group classes, workshops on general and specialized healings, and an instructor's program for those who wish to pursue teaching Qi Gong. Teachings are carried out with care and love.

An educational institute
In 2005, the Institute was approved as a provider to the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) Professional Development Activity (PDA). At the moment, the Institute is providing six (6) courses for diplomats seeking NCCAOM recertification.

In 2006, the Institute was certified by the Minister of Human Resources Development to be qualified as an educational institution to train qualified Qi Gong and Tai Chi Instructors in Canada. Students may be entitled to claim an education tax credit on enrollment to the Instructor's Program.

Wu's Qi Gong & Tai Chi Fitness Centre was founded in January 1997 by Grandmaster Weizhao Wu and Master Yeung. We now operate under the name of Wu & Yeung™ Qi Gong Wellness Institute to better reflect our present vision for the company.
