Wushu (Martial Arts or Kung Fu):

In order to increase the amount and power of the Qi in our body, Grandmaster Wu always suggested that his students practice Wushu, Tai Chi as well as some modern sports.

Because traditional Wushu styles are very long, hard to learn and difficult to remember, Grandmaster Wu created his own Wushu which is suitable for Qi Gong practitioners to practice.
