Our workshops are specifically designed for students who wish to learn the benefits of Qigong (universal energy work), but lack the time committments for repeated classes. Wu & Yeung™ Qi Gong Wellness Institute offer workshops that range from one to four classes where you can learn a full Qi Gong style, that you can then practice at home. Take advantage of our full-day workshops where you have the opportunity to learn more than one style at one time.
You will learn with ease and master our styles quickly, as we only teach styles and movements that are proven effective in healing the body. Often you do not need a complicated, long Qi Gong styles to heal the body; you only need to learn to train and channel your universal energy in effective ways.
Master Yeung teaches with detail and projects Qi to students in the classes. Most people feel the energy on the first class. Class sizes are small, so that we do not compromise quality.
Manuals with visuals are given out at different workshops to help refresh your memory at home. Detailed DVD's for some styles are available for purchase also. Refresher classes are also available.
There are many ways to start your learning with us. Most people start best by joining the QiEnergyPlus™ Weekend or the Overall Health Qi Gong. After that, you can choose to join other specialized classes for your individual concerns.
