At Wu & Yeung™ Qi Gong Wellness Institute, we provide small class teaching with intensive private training. Students experience the healing more by accepting the close connection with the Master in this way. Our teaching styles are very different from traditional long forms, as they are much easier to practice with simple easy-to-learn instructions.
In no time, you will discover that you can manage the form with confidence. As an added benefit, medical Qi Energy is transferred to you from Master Teresa™ so that you will feel the Qi sooner and be more aware of the breathtaking results from practicing Qi Gong.
With our specialty workshops you will obtain a very detailed manual so that you can follow the steps straightforwardly at home. Also, easy to follow DVD's and tapes can be purchased if not included with registration. For additional support, refresher classes are available weekly as well as private coaching.
There are many ways to start your learning with us. Most people start best by joining the QiEnergyPlus™ Workshop - Level 1, Overall Health Qi Gong or the Stress Reduction Night. You can also start learning with a certified Instructor through private classes. After that, you can choose to join other specialized classes for your individual concerns.
